Welcome to our online shop

We are always busy with custom orders and regular sales so we have to set our dispatch times at 10-15 working days. We do dispatch orders ASAP,  but as all products are handmade to order it can take the full time stated for items to be dispatched and sometimes longer - This is mostly with large orders, during sales, special offers or holiday periods. We will contact you should there be any unexpected delays or issues. 

We always limit number of each product available so we can keep to the dispatch times shown, should any product be marked as out of stock please message us and we can let you know when they will be available to order.

Delivery times are approx. 3-4 days from dispatch date we send all orders using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked and Signed servce. Larger orders my be sent in multiple parcels.

Currently we deliver to the following:

* UK Mainland / N.Ireland  - We can also deliver to collection points for you to collect at your convenience, message for details (Free delivery available on all orders over £60.00)

* Highlands & Islands - Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight, Orkney & Shetland Islands - just enter which one under "County" on address box for correct shipping. (Free delivery available on all orders over £60.00)

* Ireland - Contact us for more details & costs

* Overseas - Contact us for more details & costs

We are always adding new products to our range - including some custom orders that we like and think that other pet owners would like too.  If you have a custom size shelf / ledge required or an item you would like made please contact us.
